Greetings from us!

  • Haley P.

For me, yoga is about the balance between movement and stillness/awareness so my classes frequently combine Yin & Yang. Class is designed to challenge your body’s awareness, balance and strength. With modifications seamlessly woven throughout, class is accessible to all and students become more aware of their own body's alignment. Sprinkles of yogic philosophy throughout class allow for reflection so you can bring your yoga practice off the mat and into your life. I enjoy leading Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra and Restorative based classes. I frequently incorporate sound healing, essential oils and Reiki into practice as they are experiences I have found valuable in my personal practice.

  • Daniella C.

Mother of three and avid yogi. I began as self taught before completing a yoga teacher training. My favorite classes to teach are gentle flow and mixed levels vinyasa flow. Yoga is something that is so important to me and I’m grateful to be able to share it with others. Health and wellness is important for everyone. Breath connects us to ourselves and nature. Incorporating conscious breathwork and movement with stillness and awareness. It is the full mind, body, spirit experience. As a Reiki Master I incorporate different energetic practices into my yoga classes. Holding space for students to practice their asanas and to nurture themselves on the mat. Drawing the balance between effort and ease. Relax, restore and recharge.

I recently finished my yoga teacher training and am extremely passionate about yoga. I have learned to heal my mind through moving my body. I specialize in power yoga, but enjoy all types. I incorporate skills that I learned while obtaining my masters degree in social work and bring them to the mat to best hold space and support fellow yogis. It is an honor to be able to teach yoga and hope to see you in class soon, namaste.

  • Nicole D.

Salutations! I’m Nico and I am a yogi and meditator who loves to share the benefits of creative movement and mindful practices.

I am a longtime student of yoga and I am perpetually grateful to teach and share my practice, especially the ways that yoga has been therapeutic and has helped me grow. On the mat, I enjoy using props in new ways, having fun with shapes and movements, telling stories and myths about the asanas and laughing while falling out of balance poses.

I love to lead hatha style classes with focus on breathing and moving as a tool for self exploration, while sharing yogic philosophy to find deeper wisdom in our bodies. I also enjoy teaching vinyasa flow classes, restorative yoga, yin, yoga nidra and meditation. My classes offer freedom to play and explore the connection of the body, breath and mind in an accessible and compassionate way.

I recently moved to Bristol and I am excited to build community and union through yoga here, hope to see you soon!

  • Sue M.

I began my yoga practice in 2015 after being diagnosed with Primary Progressive MS. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in 2021. I have been teaching for a year and enjoy sharing my practice with all levels of yogis. I love all types of yoga and feel anyone can begin a solid practice. I am also passionate about hiking and traveling. I hope to teach my students to embrace any imperfections they have or think they have. My practice has kept my body strong and focused. My balance is better because of yoga. I hope to see you on your mat in my class!

  • Karen M. (Grace)

Grace loves all things “mindfulness”. She has practiced yoga for 20 years quite content to be on the “student” side of the mat until recently when she completed her 200 hour YTT certification. Of course, one of the learnings that came from that is that yoga is a continuous practice in which we are all lifelong students. Grace brings this encouragement of learning in an open and accepting manner to the mat. Each time on the mat is a new opportunity for awareness and acceptance on many levels.

When not on the mat or in the woods, Grace enjoys being a Kindergarten teacher. She incorporates a yogic lifestyle into the classroom for her young students who learn kid friendly breathing techniques, yoga poses, and mindfulness practices.

Yoga has helped Grace incorporate acceptance, gratitude, and balance more fully into her life.
